During Christmas, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The breakfast variety and quality were really good, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day. The location of the hotel was key, as it was centrally located and provided easy access to all the attractions and shops in the city. the rooftop bar and terraces were a highlight, providing fine views and a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink.
One aspect that could be improved was the isolation to floors and surrounding noises. It was occasionally disruptive and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel is located in the trendy Salamanca district, surrounded by good tapas bars and just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh juices and champagne. The rooftop bar had a cozy atmosphere and stunning views of the city.
The hotel was undergoing refurbishments during our stay, which caused some inconvenience when using the lifts.

We booked a last minute stay and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. the luxurious room had exclusive amenities and was very spacious. the treatment room was clean, and we enjoyed the full body massage. the location was great, and the staff provided excellent service. the rooftop bar was beautiful with a sun terrace and offered a good snack bar.
The in-room breakfast service was not up to par, and we did not enjoy the food as much as we had hoped.

From the minute I stepped into this luxurious hotel, I felt like royalty. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my exclusive amenities needs, from arranging individual spa treatments to in-room breakfast. the sun terrace with its breathtaking views was a quiet haven. I spent hours in the library, getting lost in the pages of their impressive book collection.
There was one minor issue. the restaurant was booked solid, and I was unable to have my desired reservation time.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided great advice and suggestions for our daily activities. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, great to easily explore the city center on foot. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food options.
Our stay at the hotel was quite short and we didn't get to fully enjoy all the amenities and services offered. the room we stayed in was a bit small for our liking.

The staff was helpful and cute, the rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located near all the best restaurants in Madrid, making it a great choice for food lovers. it is also very close to the park, perfect for those who enjoy jogging or taking leisurely walks. it is within walking distance of many of Madrid's biggest attractions, allowing for easy exploration of the city.
The hotel could benefit from improving its elevator system, as they were described as old school, small, and slow by previous guests.
